This 3 bedroom 2 storey chalet is new to the holiday letting market having just undergone a major refurbishment to a high standard by its new owners. It has a modern style to it with laminate flooring throughout.
It has one double bedroom, a twin with two single beds plus one with bunk beds. The chalet is also equipped with a travel cot, so accommodates up to 6 people plus a baby.
The new kitchen has an integrated electric oven with hob, externally vented extractor, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and the necessary utensils required for a self catering holiday.
The lounge has a new laminate flooring and has a cream leather corner sofa, dining table with seating
for 6 people to enable your family to eat in comfort, a 28" TV with freeview box and dvd player.
The downstairs bathroom is fully tiled and has bath with electric shower over, toilet and sink.
Heating is provided via oilfilled electric radiators in the lounge, bedrooms and bathroom.
The chalet also has an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
A highchair and stairgate is also provided free of charge.
The chalet is at the quieter end of the holiday park,, away from the hussle and bussle of the amusement arcade and shop. It is close to Chalets 159, 168, 179 and 180 making it an ideal choice for large groups/families.
