This 3 bedroom 2 storey chalet sleeps 6 people plus a baby in a travel cot.
It has a bright modern style to it with Travertine stone effect laminate flooring throughout.
The Kitchen was refurbished to a very high standard in 2010 and features a ceramic hob, built in electric oven and external vented cooker hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric whisk plus all the necessary utensils required for a self catering holiday. The kitchen has plenty of storage space. In addition this chalet has a washer/dryer.
The Lounge has a Cream Leather corner sofa. There is a wall mounted 32” LCD Freeview TV with integrated DVD player. A dining table with seating for 6 people is provided as are 4 folding chairs for outside use. The lounge has a panel radiator for colder days.
The fully tiled downstairs Bathroom was also refurbished in 2010. It has a bath with shower screen and electric shower over, WC and hand wash basin. There is a heated towel rail and towel storage.
The Main Bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.
The Second Bedroom has two 2'6” single beds (one a shorty) as well as a bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe.
The Small Bedroom has a shorty 3' bunk bed and bedside cabinet.
All three bedrooms have wall mounted heaters for colder days.
A hair dryer is provided for your convenience as are a compact vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
A high chair, travel cot and stair gate are provided free of charge.
The chalet is on the quiet end of the holiday park and is less than 10 yards from the car park.
Alongside this chalet I also manage chalet's 7, 17, 18, 93 and 173 for the same owners, all of which are finished to a similar standard.
