This stylish single storey Semi-Detached 2 bedroom chalet accommodates 4 people plus a baby in a travel cot.
The Kitchen and Lounge were refurbished in 2012 to a very high standard.
The Kitchen features ample storage and has a slot in electric cooker with external vented extractor hood. There is a fridge/freezer as well as the usual microwave, toaster, kettle, electric whisk and all the necessary cutlery and utensils required for a self catering holiday. In addition this chalet has a washer/dryer.
The Lounge features stylish 2 seater and 3 seater Cream Leather sofa's. There is a wall mounted 32" LCD TV with Freeview and integrated DVD player. A Dining table with 4 chairs is provided. For colder days there is a modern feature fire.
The fully tiled Bathroom has a large rectangular shower enclosure with an electric shower as well as the usual WC and hand wash basin. There is a wall mounted down flow heater for colder days. (please note there is NO bath in this chalet)
The Main Bedroom has a double bed and bedside cabinets whilst the Second Bedroom has a 3' bunk bed and bedside cabinet. Both the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and wall mounted convector heaters for colder days.
Apart from the bathroom which has a ceramic tiled floor this chalet has wood effect PU laminate flooring.
A hair dryer is provided for your convenience as are a compact vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and retractable outside clothes line.
A travel cot and high chair are provided free of charge.
The porch has a patio table and 4 chairs.
Alongside this chalet I also manage chalet's 17, 18, 93, 163 and 173 for the same owners, all of which are finished to a similar standard.
