This 3 bedroom 2 storey chalet sleeps 6 people plus a baby in a travel cot.
It is furnished in a clean modern style and has laminate flooring throughout.
The Kitchen was refurbished to a very high standard in 2011 and features a ceramic hob, built in electric oven and external vented cooker hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric whisk plus all the necessary utensils required for a self catering holiday. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and also features a breakfast bar with 2 stools. In addition this chalet has a washer/dryer.
The Lounge has a dark Green Leather 3 seater sofa with 2 comfy armchairs.
There is a 32" wall mounted LCD Freeview TV with integrated DVD player.
A fold away dining table with 4 chairs is provided as well as 4 patio chairs to use outside. There is a fan heater in the lounge for colder days.
The Main Bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinets, dressing table and built in wardrobe.
The Second Bedroom has two 2'6” single beds (one a shorty) as well as a bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe.
The Small Bedroom has a 3' shorty bunk bed and a bedside cabinet.
All three bedrooms have wall mounted convector heaters for colder days.
The landing and staircase are carpeted for your comfort.
The downstairs Bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, the usual WC and hand wash basin as well as a bathroom cabinet and a towel rack. There is a wall mounted down flow heater for colder days.
A hair dryer is provided for your convenience as are a compact vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
A high chair, travel cot and stair gate are available free of charge.
The chalet is on the quiet edge of the holiday park facing a large grassed area.
Alongside this chalet I also manage chalet's 7, 17, 18, 163 and 173 for the same owners, all of which are finished to a similar standard.
