This 3 bedroom 2 storey chalet is newly released having just undergone a major refurbishment by its owners.
It has a modern style to it with mostly laminate flooring throughout.
The chalet sleeps up to 6 people plus a baby.
The kitchen has been refurbished to a high standard and features a ceramic hob, built in electric oven and externally vented cooker hood. Other appliances are a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle plus all the necessary utensils required for a self catering holiday. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and features a breakfast bar with 2 stools.
The lounge has laminate flooring and a dark green leather 3 seat sofa with 2 comfy armchairs.
In addition the lounge features a 32" wall mounted LCD Freeview TV with integrated DVD player.
A folding dining table with 4 chairs is provided and there are 4 patio chairs provided for use outside.
There is also a fan heater in the lounge for those colder days.
The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinets, dressing table and built in wardrobe.
The middle bedroom has two single beds, one is slightly narrower than a standard a bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe.
The small bedroom has a bunk bed slightly smaller than a standard and a bedside cabinet.
All three bedrooms have wall mounted convector heaters for those colder days.
The landing and staircase are carpeted for your comfort.
The downstairs bathroom has a vinyl floor with an electric shower over the bath.
There is a bathroom cabinet and a large towel rack as well as a wall mounted hot air blower.
The chalet has an iron and ironing board and clothes airer for your convenience.
A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are also provided free of charge.
The chalet is on the quiet edge of the holiday park facing a large grassed area.
The amusement arcade, shop and bar are about 2 minutes walk away.
