Bookings:  Chalets will be reserved for you for 5 working days from the date of reservation subject to receipt by Hemsby Holiday Chalets of a £75 Deposit per chalet per week and a completed Booking Form. If the Deposit and Booking Form are not received within this period the reservation will expire and the chalet will be made available to others to reserve/book. If your Deposit and Completed Booking Form is subsequently received and the chalet is still available your holiday will be confirmed, otherwise you will be offered the choice of an alternative chalet if one is available or a refund of your Deposit.

Booking Deposit.  All bookings must be accompanied with a Deposit payment of £75.00 per week per chalet and a completed Booking Form. A receipt will be issued by Hemsby Holiday Chalets confirming your holiday booking and the balance payable. The Deposit is a booking fee and is non-refundable in all cases.

Bookings made within 28 days of the start date of your holiday will require the full payment to be made with the booking.

Balance.  The balance of payment for your holiday must be received by Hemsby Holiday Chalets not less than 28 days before the commencement of your holiday. Failure to make the balance payment within this period will be deemed as meaning you have cancelled your holiday.

Chalets will be available from 16:00 on the start date of your holiday.

Check-out for all Chalets is at 10:00 on day of departure. You will be met at the chalet for a personal check-out and collection of the keys from you. If you need to vacate the chalet prior to this personal check-out please contact Hemsby Holiday Chalets on 07933611104 for instructions on where to securely leave the keys, failure to do this will result in you being held liable for all loss of or damage to the chalet and or all of its contents occurring prior to 10:00 on your planned departure date.

The chalet(s) should be left in a clean and tidy condition, with all rubbish removed from the chalet and deposited in the refuse bins situated on Bermuda Holiday Park.

You will be held responsible to make good or pay for the loss of breakages or damages to the chalet and all its contents.

You will be responsible for the security of  the chalet during your holiday until you have been checked out of the chalet by Hemsby Holiday Chalets.

Lost or mislaid keys will incur a £40.00 charge. This charge will be collected at the time a new key is issued and includes the cost of call out.

Hemsby Holiday Chalets reserve the right to refuse admission to:-
a) Any person including children not named on the Booking Form.
b) Any person, who in the opinion of Hemsby Holiday Chalets are not suitable persons to take charge of the chalet.
In these circumstances no refund of holiday monies paid will be refunded.

All chalets are on the Bermuda Holiday Park, Hemsby and the site owner also has the right to ask any person or holiday maker to leave the site if he considers their behaviour is not acceptable. In these circumstances no refund of holiday monies paid will be refunded by either Hemsby Holiday Chalets or Bermuda Holiday Park.

Changes by Hemsby Holiday Chalets:
In the unlikely event that your booked accommodation should become unavailable for any reason Hemsby Holiday Chalets will offer you alternative accommodation if this is available. Should a suitable alternative not be available then Hemsby Holiday Chalets will refund all monies paid to it. Hemsby Holiday Chalets will not be liable for any additional expenses or consequential losses incurred or suffered by you.

Changes by you:
After your booking has been confirmed by Hemsby Holiday Chalets should you change either the chalet or week(s) booked this will be deemed to be a Cancellation of your booked accommodation and the Cancellation provisions will apply so please ensure you book the accommodation and week(s) you require.

Hemsby Holiday Chalets shall not be liable for the death of, or injury to any person (accept as prohibited by law)
nor for any loss or damage to personal property of any person on holiday in or visiting  Bermuda Holiday Park or any accommodation booked through Hemsby Holiday Chalets.

Cancellation: Your booking of a holiday with Hemsby Holiday Chalets is a legal contract. If you cancel your holiday more than 28 days prior to the arrival date for the start of your holiday only your Deposit will be lost. However if you cancel your holiday 28 days or less from your start date the full balance will be due and no refunds of any monies paid will be made. Cancellation will be deemed to have been made when acknowledged by Hemsby Holiday Chalets.

Bookings for all male and female parties and those fully comprising people under 21 years of age will not be accepted, unless by prior special agreement.

SMOKING  All chalets are strictly NON SMOKING.

PETS Hemsby Holiday Chalets are unable to accommodate pets.

Car Parking:  Car parking is available free of charge on Bermuda Holiday Park and is at the risk the owners of the vehicles.

The facilities of Bermuda Holiday Park, including but not limited to the swimming pool the supermarket/shop, the amusement arcade, the launderette, the sauna, the cafe and the club, are not run by Hemsby Holiday Chalets and Hemsby Holiday Chalets can not be held responsible if any of these are not availableduring your holiday period for any reason.
