1) Check the Prices page to review availability and prices to choose a chalet. 2) Read the Booking Conditions so that you fully understand the terms and
conditions that will apply to your booking. You will need to confirm on the Booking
Form that you have read, understood and accept these. 3) Complete and submit the online Booking Form
4) The Booking Form will ask you how you wish to pay the £75 Deposit - this can be
securely on line by a link that will be emailed to you, over the phone (Hemsby
Holiday Chalets will call you to enable you to do this, or by Cheque or Postal order).
NB: a 3% surcharge for Debit/Credit card payments to cover the fees incurred by
me - the surcharges does not form part of your holiday cost but is in addition to this.
If you wish to pay the Deposit by cheque or Postal Order without surcharge
these should be made payable to Hemsby Holiday Chalets and sent to me at
Sue Hayman, 63a Norwich Road, Cawston, Norfolk NR10 4EU
NB the Deposit forms part of your holiday price and is NOT in addition to it.
5) If there is less than 28 days to go before your arrival date you will receive an email
providing a link to pay the balance straightaway securely online by Debit or Credit
Card. NB a 3% surcharge applies to card payments. 6) If there are more than 28 days before your holiday you will receive a Booking
Confirmation by email which will tell you when your balance is due and the options
of how to pay it (cheque/Postal order or securely online, NB a 3% surcharge
applies to card payments).
