Reservations will be held for 5 workings days subject to receipt of:-
A £75 Deposit per chalet per week REDUCED TO £50 FOR BOOKINGS MADE BETWEEN 27 DECEMBER AND 31 JANUARY 2012
This can be paid by heque or postal order or online via Debit/Credit card via this LINK (NB: a 5% surcharge applies to online payments) to be paid by:-

A completed Booking Form which can be completed and submitted online by clicking this link BOOKING FORM or by downloading and printing a Word version from HERE
Cheques/postal orders and completed Booking Forms should be sent to 'Hemsby Holiday Chalets', 63a Norwich Road, Cawston, Norfolk NR10 4EU
The balance of your holiday cost will be due 28 days prior to the start of your holiday.
For 2012 I deeply regret having to introduce a £50 Damage Deposit for each chalet booked. This will be refunded within 7 days of the end of your holiday if no damage occurs. This has unfortunately become necessary due to a minority of guests causing deliberate damage to chalets in 2011.
I would prefer for this to be paid 7 days prior to your holiday via PayPal and it will be refunded the same way, otherwise it can be paid by cheque or Postal Order with your balance payment.
Please read the BOOKING CONDITIONS which will apply to your booking - you will be required to sign on the Booking Form that you have read, understood and agree to these.
